UT Austin - Jhalak 2008 (Fall)

Jhalak is the fall Indian Cultural festival conducted by the Indian Cultural Association of The University of Texas at Austin. The entertainment of the evening included Indian music and dances – both traditional and contemporary as well as informative video clips. In accordance to the theme, fusion items were showcased by bringing together both western and Indian art forms. The goal of the evening was to portray the rich history and heritage of India along with current developments through both performances and clips. ICA attracted crowds from all over Texas!

Agni showcased the different styles during their slot  on stage. Mukkala Mukkabla song was the biggest hit and the crowd loved the inventive glow-in-the-dark skeletons during the song.
